1. begin the filling the background with a dark colour. Create a new layer and paint about half of it dark red (or orange)
2. select dodge tool and set it to Midtones. Dodge to lighten the red, then using the smuge tool make the fire bend to different heights and curves
3. dodge again (this time to highlights) then, with the brush tool, add some yellow and orange.
4. smudge to make the colours to blend it.
5. dodge some more and you are done.
okay, now you can create your fire self..
